What is a Leadership Partnership?

You’ve likely heard the term coaching—and probably more times than you can count. While traditional coaching is widely recognized, we define our approach a little differently. We call it a Leadership Partnership.

A Leadership Partnership is built on collaboration. On one side is an individual with a growth mindset—someone open, willing, and ready to be empowered to turn their goals and dreams into reality. On the other side is a trusted partner who, through a structured process, provides guidance, accountability, and support to ensure those goals are achieved.

This partnership creates a safe, confidential space where you can think boldly, dream out loud, and gain the clarity and confidence needed to move forward with purpose.
How it works?

A Leadership Partnership is always customized for the individual's growth and development however we begun each partnership with three main activities to set up each person for success.
1.) General Intake Session. This allows the Leadership Partner to better understand your direction and desires.
2.) DISC Self Assessment. This assessment provides a detailed report that helps to set specific goals.
3.) Vision Management System. We introduce you to a system designed to take big goals and break them down into everyday attainable steps.

You and your Leadership Partner design a schedule that works best for you with an opportunity to always have contact through email to share successes and share ideas.​​​
How much does it cost?

We believe in transparency in our Leadership Partnership costs. Afterall it is an investment in yourself. We ask that you think of it this way:
​How much do you pay for a nice dinner out for two, with drinks, appetizer, main course and dessert? Over $100?
​How much do you pay for a round of golf with cart fees at a nice course? Over $100?
​How much for a manicure/pedicure twice a month? Over $200?
​How much for a massage or facial? Over $100?

Most people do these things as a special treat for themselves. What if you spent that same amount on being able to set your goals and dreams into action with a Leadership Partner who can provide a framework for your success? A partner who provides clarity and accountability for you on a regular basis.

Our pricing structure is simple: $100 per hour with a twice a month commitment for at least 3 months. That's it.
